Refund Policy – Bloomora Living Ltd

1. Returns

We hope you love your Bloomora Living purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it,

  • In its original packaging,

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customer@bloomoraliving.com with a photo and your order number.


4. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards,

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons),

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  1. Check your bank account again,

  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider,
